What H333 means
H333 is the GHS (Globally Harmonized System) hazard statement “May be harmful if inhaled.” It belongs to the Acute toxicity (inhalation) hazard class and appears in Section 2 of a Safety Data Sheet and on the product label when a substance or mixture meets the classification criteria for that class and category.
H333 is a lower-tier statement to which GHS assigns no pictogram or signal word on its own. It still communicates a real hazard and belongs on the SDS and label where the criteria are met.
